          PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by Order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, IAS Part 17 (Hon. Shlomo S. Hagler, J.S.C.), duly entered in the office of the Clerk of the County of New York on June 15, 2023 (the 'Order') [DE 21], the application of the City of New Nork (the 'City') to acquire title in fee sinple absolute to Tax Block 708, Lot 43, and portions of Tax Block 710, Lot 11 located within the Phase 2 Husdon Boulevard and Park (as that term is defined in the NYC Zoning Resolution); and a five-year temporary easement over the portion of Tax Block 710, Lot 11 that is not being acquired in fee simple absolute (westerly portion) and that is located outside the Phase 2 Hudson Boulevard and Park, for the purpose of extending the Hudson Park and Boulevard in connection with the HUDSON PARK AND BOULEVARD PROJECT, PHASE 2, STAGE 3, was granted and the city was thereby authorized to file an acquisition map with the Office of the Clerk of the County of New York and the Office of the City Register, Borough of Manhattan. Said map, showing the property interests acquired by the City, was filed with the Office of the City Register on June 27, 2023, and was filed with the Office of the Clerk on June 27, 2023. The property interests vested in the city on June 27, 2023.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

The building has officially been repossessed by the City of New York, with the transition being managed by the Cornerstone Group and Hudson Yards Development Corporation. The second floor has been vacated. Thank you.

The work ‘Neighborhood’ by David L. Johnson has been removed at the demand of the landlord.

The donor plaque commissioned as a gift for 522 w 37th fl2 by Rebecca R Peel will stay with the space. Donors who give 100 dollars or more will have their names added to the plaque.

The work ‘Neighborhood’ by David L. Johnson will stay up until it’s removed by the landlord or until the building is demolished under eminent domain for the expansion of the Hudson Yards development.
